Since I'm bored....I shall write a story:
“Brother Janius, status report crackled the vox receiver. “Brother Chaplain Jason, our battle brothers are fighting a losing battle, hordes of vile daemons continue to assault our fortified positions at the cost of their lives as though that there’s something worth dying for. was the reply.
As the daemons poured out of the warp and onto the derelict roads, flames licked the daemons as heavy bolter rounds, specialized to rip through daemon exo-skeletons, tore past the debris, once solid buildings, hitting their intended victims with pin-point accuracy. Huge armored soldiers lumbered to the nearest rubble to seek cover as the daemons started on their assault. As the daemonic fire destroyed the rubbles and some punched through the marines under cover and roasted them alive, Jason stood on top of a piece of a fallen concrete slab, determined to push the daemons back.
“Listen my fellow battle brothers, though the casualties are high, we must push the daemons back…we must purge them from this sector to prevent further taints from occurring, may the emperor watch over us all. FOR THE EMPEROR!!! bellowed Brother Chaplain Jason as he stormed into the fray where the most intense battle’s taking place. Swinging his mighty crozius across the daemon packs, a loud crackling sound could be heard as it slammed into the daemons one by one, sending them back into the warp.
Soon, the battle was over, although hundreds or marines fell, the sector was protected. As Jason walked across the battlefield, muttering the passage of the warrior to those who had died in the battle, a cloaked chaos space marine was watching, waiting for the right moment to dig his poisonous dagger into the Chaplain. “He’s defenseless now that he’s given the rites to the fallen…..he wouldn’t notice me at all thought the chaos marine.
As he moved his feet to start walking, he immediately came face to face with Jason. “Going somewhere, traitor? without a moment’s hesitation, the chaos marine tried to plunge the dagger into the chaplain. With a thunderous crack, Jason brought his power fist and slammed into the helmet of the chaos marine. The helmet broke upon contact and Jason caught a glimpse of how hideous the chaos marine’s face was. “To have thought that he was my brother in the past thought Jason.
The chaos marine hissed in anger and tried to assault Jason once more. Sidestepping the marine’s assault, Jason brought his crozius which was clipped and hidden on his back in an upward motion and swung it down with full force which instantly cracked the marine’s skull. The Chaos marine stood motionless for a while, and then he fell to his knees and onto the ground, his silver, gold, yellow with black stripes armor gave a loud clank as it hit the jagged concrete road
“So, a traitor legion is already on this planet, this is getting more complicated than I thought it would be thought Jason
“Listen up men, there’s no more need to search for the traitor legion, for they are already here…brother Severus, please call for immediate withdrawal, ask them to bring in the blessed dreadnoughts and heavy artilleries. Came the dreaded answer that the battle brothers of the Iron Fist chapter hated to hear: The traitor legion that disgraced Rogal Dorn, primach of the main chapter, the Imperial Fists.
Meanwhile, the traitor legion’s chief commander, lord Cark, is waiting impatiently for the report from his servant. As he waited, the more the angry he became and he swung his mace around, occasionally cracking the bones of Imperial Guardsmen who foolishly tried to repel them.
“Bah, where can that runt be??? Come my minions, I’m tired of waiting. Let’s investigate this matter roared Cark as he strode down the blood soaked slope where his minions, the chaos space marines were. Stealthily, they moved across the abandoned urban buildings and into the bloody battlefield
As the Iron Fists chapter withdrew its scouting force, which included Chaplain Jason and his regime into one of its many thunderhawk carriers, the Iron Warriors’ battle barge was approaching the planet. Inside the battle barge of the Iron Warriors, Chaos Dreadnoughts, twice as tall as a space marine, were shackled. Shrieks and insane howling were often heard as the occupants inside the behemoths tried to break the shackles, thirsty for more blood. As the battle barge unleashed its dreadclaw assault ships, wild roars and shouts from the iron warrior space marines could be heard as they are finally unleashed to create more destruction.
“I want all available dreadnoughts to be fully equipped with range weaponaries, be it autocannons, lascannons or missile pods within the next hour….pray that by the time we reach the planet with full force we would be able to cleanse the taint that’s spreading rapidly said Jason to the techmarines. As Jason strode down the main Iron Fist battle cruiser, he noticed that his battle brothers were silent and quietly adjusting their power armours and battle gears for the upcoming battle. Jason sighed as he wondered if his brothers will survive to see the next morning but he dismissed that thought. After all, they are all just doing their service to protect the realms of the holy emperor.
It was soon the time to launch another assault on the planet, as Chaplain Jason walked into one of the drop pods where his battle brothers were strapped in, Brother Captain Rico raised his enormous gauntlet and pat on one of Jason’s Armoured Shoulder Pad and said: “This time, I shall join you to fight the forces of chaos
